Lawyer - Corp / Comm, Real Estate Solicitor (3+ years)

We are working with a client that is seeking a skilled and experienced business lawyer to excel in their dynamic environment and meet the high standards set for their valued clients. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrating exceptional client care and a professional approach to addressing client needs. You should be an organized multitasker with a genuine interest in our clients' matters.

While bringing an existing client base is a plus, it is not a requirement. The successful candidate will receive support to expand their practice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide outstanding value in a broad corporate commercial practice, including advising on business transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, and offering strategic business advice.
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to entrepreneurial and owner-operator clients.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and the innovative mindset of an entrepreneur.
• Manage a busy practice effectively, ensuring timely responses to client needs.
• Deliver creative solutions that advance client goals and interests while mitigating legal risks.
• Commit to service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate the ability or potential to retain existing clients and attract new business.
