Legal Assistant/Receptionist
Job description
Our client is a busy personal injury law firm is looking for a full-time legal assistant/receptionist to join their team.
Your new role
In this new role you will often be the first point of contact both virtually and in person and will be required to professional administrative support across the Firm. In this role you will welcome guests and greet people who visit, coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. You will also be assisting the rest of the team at the firm with writing request letters, managing undertakings from start to finish, putting together medical briefs and Affidavits of Documents if required.
What you will need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 1-years relevant experience. Prior personal injury will be a major asset. The ability to both multi-task and take initiative to work independently will be a key success factor this new role. A pleasant personality will go a long way in this role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
