What You Will Be Accountable for…

• Developing leads and writing new business for SME, mid-large commercial accounts.
• Building and managing a book of business by hitting the road and making connections with prospective business owners.
• Providing sound insurance advice and creative solutions through detailed needs assessments.
• Increasing innovative cross-selling and up-selling techniques to WOW clients.
• Partnering with underwriters and championing quality business decisions.
• Mastering insurer portals, underwriting guidelines and daily workflow processes.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with industry partners.
