Job Description

Our Restaurant Floor Supervisor regularly interact with guests to ensure they're receiving satisfaction and excellent customer service. They might ask guests if they're enjoying their meals, or answer their questions about the menu options, provide food and drink recommendations, or discuss special events. Excellent customer service involves consistently presenting a positive, attentive, and friendly demeanor and actively listening to customers' suggestions and concerns to improve their overall experience. This can include relationship-building and effective communication, conflict resolution, empathy, and good problem-solving skills. We will also expect Attention to detail, Business acumen with ability to perform some Business administration and overall a great Leader. Job description provided during the second interview.
