URGENT : Nanny Wanted - Seeking Reliable, Patient And Caring Nanny

I am looking for someone to care for our kids (1 and 3) in our home Monday and Wednesdays from 8-5 (or 515 on bad traffic days). Our kids love to be outside or exploring or learning. My children are fully vaccinated and the three-year old is potty trained. He wears AFO's for toe-walking and familiarity with these, or willingness to learn is ideal, as well as comfort with food allergies / EpiPens. Looking for someone with a "gentle with boundaries" approach to behavior management. We live just north of the city so having your own vehicle is preferred.
