We are seeking a talented Staff Platform Engineer with a passion for data & AI technologies to join our cross-skilled team. What will you do?

• Build big data, analytics, and machine learning solutions.
• Build AI context engineering solutions for agentic AI workloads.
• Implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and AI requirements, provide technical recommendations.
• Support the deployment and configuration of services, including compute, storage, networking, and security components.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to cloud services.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with big data, LLM, and agentic AI.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, OCP.
• Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice-to-have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Prior experience with MCP servers, DevOps tools, Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch.
• Prior experience with designing and building large scale data pipelines.
• Prior experience working in a major financial institution.
