Operations Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator for a manufacturing company in the Fraser Valley. Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with production scheduling, purchasing and expediting, entering labour costs against jobs, entering landed costs into ERP system, some basic job costing and assisting with preparing the job profitability report. Other duties may involve assisting with inventory, following up with suppliers, liaising with production and operations to assist administratively.

Job Requirements :

The successful candidate will have 5 + years working administratively in an operations related capacity within a manufacturing company; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships; exceptional internal and external customer service; detailed, analytical and strong problem solving skills; experience in an ERP system [ideally JobBoss or something similar]; advanced Excel; experience in costing as well as purchasing and expediting; experience in accounting and analysis would be an asset.
