Overview
Process Analyst role at Dexterra Group . This is a temporary 18-month contract, full-time role with the potential for extension at the end of the contract. There will be an occasional need for evening & weekend work. Travel is not regular, but there will be projects that require field travel, as needed. This position is Edmonton based and requires regular in office attendance.
Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, as the Process Analyst, you will be a participant in the planning, implementation, management, and sustainment of operational improvement projects. You will use your knowledge of both frontline operations and business systems to analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for processes to ensure all operational, contractual, and financial reporting needs are achieved.
As a Process Analyst, you will work with a wide variety of stakeholders ranging anywhere from frontline staff to executive leadership teams. Meetings may include :
A key role of the process analyst is to drive projects to ensure they stay on track and are completed on time. This means regular communication with stakeholders and regular updates with project teams.
