For over 30 years Corporate Training Services of Durham College has been delivering high quality, consultative, results-driven training to organizations and individuals across Ontario. We provide a breadth of exceptional training services delivered by subject matter experts who are also training professionals. As a result, we have excellent long-term, trusted relationships with clients who rely on us for all their training needs.
Corporate Training Services at Durham College is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic individual to join our Corporate Training Services team as a National Automotive Service Trainer. Preference will be given to those fluent in both French and English. The location is based out of Whitby, ON, but Canadian travel will be required.
Reporting to the Account Manager GM Projects, the Trainer works collaboratively with team members in the research, design and development of training materials for dealership Service Advisors and Service Managers that meet the needs and expectations of adult learners. Using various learning aides, the Trainer delivers high-quality training sessions to raise the level of service product and process knowledge of the GM Canada dealer personnel.
