We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee and enhance our dealership’s administrative and operational functions. This full-time role requires a hands-on approach to support business operations, financial tracking, and customer interactions while managing sales unit updates and dealership systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Capture, organize, and upload high-quality RV photos using Impel for inventory and marketing purposes.
Manage and update sales units in our DMS, ensuring inventory accuracy.
Oversee and optimize administrative operations, ensuring efficiency in documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
Track and manage dealership expenses, invoices, and financial documentation.
Answer calls and coordinate customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Support dealership operations, including assisting sales and service teams with administrative needs.
Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve workflow.
Provide leadership and guidance on administrative best practices.
Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.) for effective communication and document management.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in administrative or operational management, preferably in the RV, automotive, or dealership industry.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, LightSpeed, and Impel is a plus.
Strong financial and expense tracking experience.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Work Environment :
Full-time position with standard working hours (some flexibility may be required).
