We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist (Level 3) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned generalist with over 10 years of experience in systems administration and operations support, capable of delivering exceptional "white glove" service. This role requires fluency in both English and French, and candidates must be available for day shifts, evening shifts (until midnight), and periodic weekends.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive systems administration and operations support, including setting up user access, managing user profiles, conducting backups and recovery, and overseeing day-to-day computer systems operations.
- Execute software upgrades and apply patches to ensure systems are up to date.
- Serve as a customer interface to ensure all requested changes are effectively implemented.
- Monitor computer workload trends and make adjustments to optimize the utilization of computer resources.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network printers to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide hands-on technical support in setting up IT hardware and peripherals in office spaces.
