Responsibilities

Communicate with customers by phone and / or email

Process orders in a fast-paced environment

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and availability

Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Work with customers to resolve shipping requests and order status questions

Provide updates on shipments

Booking incoming and outgoing freight

Qualifications

Ability to stay organize and to prioritize tasks

2 years' experience in customer service (logistics / transportation / trucking)

Experience with TMW, Synergize, SAP and MS Office programs an asset

Must have the ability to effectively manage time and complete required tasks

Bilingual (French and English)

Knowledge of SAP an asset
