We're currently seeking a versatile Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to help establish a new hearing centre in Steinbach, MB . This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for someone experienced clinically coupled with a keen interest in marketing and business growth.
- We are offering a sign-on bonus of $20,000 plus an attractive relocation assistance package for anyone interested in the opportunity living outside of the region
What the role entails :
In your initial 30 days, you will undergo comprehensive training that familiarizes you with HearCANADA’s policies, procedures, and operational standards. This training will include a blend of in-person and virtual learning sessions.
During the following 30 days, your focus will shift to building brand awareness and cultivating community relationships in the local area, supported by a dedicated marketing team.
Upon the centre’s opening and ongoing, you will play a pivotal role in daily operations, delivering outstanding client care in hearing services.
