Notre Client, une association canadienne est à la recherche d’une personne pour un poste de conseiller à la paie Canadienne. Bien lire les exigences demandées.

Ce poste est 100% en télétravail. Vous serez appelé à répondre à des membres partout au Canada et cela dans les deux langues officielles du pays.

L'objectif principal du conseiller en conformité de la paie est de fournir des connaissances, du soutien, des conseils et de la formation en matière de paie dans l'interprétation et la mise en œuvre de la législation canadienne sur la paie à nos membres et à nos non-membres. Ce poste appuiera la stratégie clé de l'Institut : « Être le chef de file de la profession de la paie au Canada ».

Le titulaire sera chargé de maintenir ses contacts avec les gouvernements respectifs et d'analyser les lois gouvernementales nouvelles et existantes, les budgets provinciaux et / ou fédéraux, et d'identifier toute lacune dans la compréhension de la législation par les membres et de faire des recommandations de changement.

Tâches principales  :

  • InfoLine et conseil en matière de paie : (60%)
  • Animation et mise à jour des séminaires et ressources de développement professionnel : (15%)
  • Mettre à jour et maintenir les programmes de désignation professionnelle et les initiatives associées : (5%)
  • Défense des intérêts des professionnels de la paie : (10 %)
  • Contribuer aux publications (par exemple Dialogue, site web, ressources) : (10%)

Exigences  :

  • Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience complètent dans le traitement de la paie de bout en bout, démontrant une compétence dans le traitement des exigences de fin d'année et des demandes de renseignements complexes liées à la paie.
  • PCP ou en voie d'obtenir le CPM / PPQ
  • Connaissances approfondies et Multiprovince en matière de paie pour l'Ontario, le Québec, la Colombie-Britannique, l'Alberta et la Saskatchewan.
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes d'emploi Multiprovince.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication - dois être capable d'analyser la législation et de la communiquer rapidement aux membres et au gestionnaire.
