Provide guidance and organize travel for corporate business clients.

Analyze and research travel options, and be proactive in anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services.

Organize and book business travel for both domestic and international clients, in a variety of complexity, via air, road, rail, and accommodations

Confirm that the customers' travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements are upheld.

Implement positive telephone service techniques and respond to specific customer requests.

Work together as a team to coach, mentor, and give constructive feedback to enhance service levels

Fluent in both French and English.

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional client service, including anticipating their needs in advance

Display integrity and safeguard personal traveler data.

Have a solid grasp of the travel industry and with experience in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations

Taking care of customer issues quickly and independently, or in conjunction with the supplier.

Collaboration and openness to feedback
