Chat Sales Representative, Bilingual

Overview

Are you results-oriented? Do you have sales experience and a passion for new technologies? Are you interested in interacting with people in French and English through your keyboard? Do you see the potential to close more sales with this technology by accomplishing multiples tasks simultaneously? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you within the Nordia Moncton team.

As a bilingual Sales Representative , you will assist client to purchase new products and manage their services through online and phone exchanges. Thanks to your excellent sales skills and your ability to listen, you will recommend the best investment in communication solutions based on their needs.

What we offer :

Hourly compensation of $19 / hour in training, 22$ / h afterwards for the first 7 months. Base Salary : $15.30Special bonus for the first 7 months : $3.70Bilingual premium after training : $3.00An hourly premium for weekend hours;
Significant monthly performance-based incentive;

Responsibilities

What your day will look like :

You will handle online and phone interactions with customers seeking support and information related to products and services;

Based on customer’s needs, you will promote complementary products and services as a way to improve their experience and satisfaction;

When required, you will respond or reach out to a customer to complete a service request or close on a sale.

Qualifications

To qualify, you must :

Be available to work full-time at our according to the following schedule : Monday to Friday : from 7 : 30 am to 11 : 00 pmSaturday to Sunday : from 9 : 00 am to 9 : 30 pm

You must be bilingual (French / English)

Have great communication skills in English (oral and written)

Minimal typing speed of 30 words / minute;

You can multi-task (think, talk and type) in a fast-paced environment;

You are comfortable to work in a computerized environment;

High school diploma (completed);

Previous sales experience.

Training start date : March 10th
