The Access Facilitator will work to ensure students’ needs are being met and facilitating appointments with the appropriate support services advisors and community resources as required. The Access Facilitator will schedule regular check-ins with students to determine if extra supports are needed and help students navigate their training and education plans to promote their success both in the program and during their transition into the workforce.
