En tant que Coordonnateur Administratif, vous serez responsable de la coordination des activités départementales et de l'organisation d'événements. Vous fournirez un soutien administratif de haut niveau et veillerez à la bonne marche des opérations. Votre professionnalisme et votre discrétion seront essentiels pour interagir avec le personnel académique et les partenaires externes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fournir un soutien administratif direct à la direction
• Planifier et coordonner réunions et événements
• Rédiger rapports et communications officielles
• Maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers des comités
• Coordonner le recrutement et l’accueil des enseignants invités
Requirements:
• DEP en études de secrétariat ou systèmes de bureautique
• 4 ans d'expérience pertinente
• Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office
• Compétences en communication en français et anglais
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément
