WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US

Journeyperson Certification (Agricultural Equipment Technician Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician or equivalent Red Seal designation)

Valid Class 5 Drivers License is required

Ability to work independently

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A customer-first attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Prior experience with agricultural equipment is an asset

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Work with the Service Manager to schedule and manage service calls in your area of responsibility

Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems on agricultural equipment

Promote proactive maintenance and repairs

Accurately and efficiently repair and document all work performed on equipment

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear communication and efficient service

Actively support and promote initiatives aligned with our company Health and Safety Policy
