We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual for the role of Customer Service Representative for one of Canada's leading distributor and technical solutions provider industrial equipment. In this role, you will provide expert assistance to customers, addressing a variety of inquiries and challenges. Unlike traditional CSR roles, this position involves building long-term business relationships through continuous engagement and consultation. You will also play a key role in ensuring customers receive the correct parts and solutions, particularly in urgent situations involving equipment breakdowns. This role may require occasional hands-on duties, necessitating mechanical aptitude.
