We are offering a short term, par-time contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Manufacturing industry located in Mission. This role entails working on-site, where you will be tasked with various responsibilities associated with processing and maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities :
- Accurate processing of customer credit applications
- Ensuring correct coding of invoices received from vendors
- Utilizing a PDF editor to input codes onto invoices
- Comparing and matching invoices to purchase orders through Great Planes Microsoft
- Resolving discrepancies between issued purchase orders and incoming invoices
- Contributing to high volume data entry tasks
- Supporting the accounts payable team by preparing processed invoices for them
- Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and accurate
- Assisting with projects within the engineering team as needed
- Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required
- Demonstrated experience in Data Entry is essential
- Ability to Code Invoices effectively is needed
- Familiarity and competency in Great Plains Accounting software is mandatory
