M3C est à la recherche d’un(e) Conseiller(ère) en communication TI (ID639) pour un mandat d'une durée initiale de 12 mois (forte possibilité de renouvellement). Le travail est fait majoritairement en présentiel (Abitibi) et à 25% à distance car il y a des déplacements aux différentes places d'affaires au Canada. Le client est dans le domaine minier.

Les responsabilités du(de la) Conseiller(ère) sont :

Épauler la personne responsable des communications technologiques dans un environnement de travail dynamique et collaboratif;
Mise en place des bonnes pratiques générales de la communication;
Création de plans et stratégies de communication;
Création de campagnes de communication;
Création de présentations;
Rédaction et conception d’outils imprimés et numériques;
Rédaction et gestion de contenu web;
Rédaction de scénarios et prises en charge de production vidéo;
Création de guides et outils d’aide à la tâche;
Accompagnement et partage des bonnes pratiques.

Requirements

Les exigences requises sont :

BAC en communication (communication humaine, relationnelle ou organisationnelle);

5 À 10 ans d'expérience en communication dans le domaine de la technologie de l’information;

Maîtrise de la suite Office, Outlook, Teams et One Drive;

Facilité pour la mise en page, la création graphique, le respect de normes graphiques et l’utilisation de gabarits;

ATOUT : Connaissance du domaine minier,

ATOUT : Connaissance de la gestion du changement et de la formation;

ATOUT : Connaissance de Sharepoint, Miro, la suite Adobe, Vyond;

ATOUT : Intérêt ou connaissance pour le développement d’outils de formation sous les principes andragogiques;

Bilinguisme : Français et anglais essentiel tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Requirements
