Responsibilities
Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
Proven experience and a sound understanding in E lead / digital marketing management.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure performance targets are met.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Ensure positive guest experience is delivered throughout each stage of the Sales process.
Reviewing and planning monthly marketing and sales event according to the factory program & inventory supply to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly retail sales objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards.
Train, mentor and coach the sales team.
Establish performance standards and measure KPI’s.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment among the sales team.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize profitability.
Qualifications
Current experience as a Sales Manager in a dealership required.
Must have a valid OMVIC license.
Ability to support and manage a diverse team.
Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
Experience with Desk It, 180, TMS, V-Auto and CDK are definite assets.
Strong facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
