Job description

Project Manager to CEO of Law Firm (Hybrid)

Auger Hollingsworth is an accident and injury law firm with offices in Ottawa and Toronto and is determined to become Ontario’s largest personal injury law firm.

The CEO is a lawyer and entrepreneur who is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Project Manager to work closely with him and his leadership team to achieve the firm’s growth goals. The role requires an ambitious hard-working action taker to complete many tasks relating to all law firm operations.

The successful applicant must thrive on taking direct, hands on, immediate action and task completion.

This role is all about getting as many things done as possible with excellence as directed by an ambitious, busy and creative visionary entrepreneur and lawyer. This is an interesting role for a “take charge” task doer and project manager. No two days will be the same.

You will support the CEO as a strategic partner by helping the CEO stay in his zome of genius and free up his time to focus on what fascinates and energizes him. You are the roght hand and most trusted ally, anticipating issues and needs, prioritizing what's important, organize the CEO's time and calendar / email, plan his time off and trips and overall handle all tasks that the CEO is not good at or tasks that drain his energy.

You will be a key support to the leadership team and will be the executing bridge between the ownership team and operations, marketing, finance and human resources of the firm. You will lead execution in all major areas of the business.

The role is about focusing on supporting the CEO while also partnering with the wider team to ensure smooth collaboration, execution and "managing up" to prevent bottlenecks and overcome obstacles.

Ideal for someone with an understanding of E.O.S. or other business growth operating system.
