    Vous exercerez votre emploi de Coordonnateur(trice) à la souscription en télétravail et vous aurez à vous déplacer régulièrement sur notre territoire d’affaire.

    À quoi ressemblera votre semaine de travail?

  • Superviser et gérer une équipe dévouée de souscripteurs(trices) en assurance des particuliers et des entreprises dispersés sur le territoire et dédiés au développement de l’Atlantique;
  • Encadrer et soutenir les souscripteurs(trices) dans leurs activités en vue de maintenir l’excellence de notre service auprès des représentants et d’offrir une expérience membre supérieure;
  • Participer à l’orientation des stratégies de l’organisation et à la mise en place de celles-ci en impliquant le service de la souscription des risques pour l’Atlantique;
  • Soutenir les souscripteurs(trices) dans le développement de leurs compétences dans un processus d’amélioration continue;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements de la société afin d’entretenir des relations efficaces;
  • Superviser, coordonner et améliorer les activités de souscription pour assurer une gestion efficace des risques;
  • Supporter l’équipe dans l'évaluation, l'analyse et l'approbation des demandes de souscription, tout en veillant à la conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise et les réglementations en vigueur.

    • Avez-vous ce profil-LÀ?

  • Vous possédez une attestation d’études collégiales (AEC) en Conseil en assurances et en services financiers ou une formation équivalente;
  • Vous possédez un minimum 10 années d’expérience en assurance de dommages;
  • Vous avez un minimum de 5 années d’expérience en souscription;
  • Vous avez une excellente connaissance du monde du courtage au Nouveau-Brunswick;
  • Vous maitrisez la gestion de personnel;
  • Vous connaissez bien les produits d’assurance des particuliers et des entreprises;
  • Vous faites preuve d’un leadership exemplaire et d’une belle capacité à mobiliser;
  • Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en planification, en communication et en organisation;
  • Vous maitrisez de façon avancée les langues françaises et anglaises, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, afin de communiquer régulièrement avec nos partenaires francophones et anglophones présents sur notre territoire d’affaire au moyen d’interactions complexes liées notamment aux assurances et répondre aux objectifs de croissance de Promutuel de l’Estuaire.

    • About the Position :

    You will work as an Underwriter Manager remotely and will need to travel regularly within our business territory.

    What Your Work Week Will Look Like :

  • Supervise and manage a dedicated team of personal and commercial insurance underwriters spread across the territory and dedicated to the development of the Atlantic region;
  • Guide and support underwriters in their activities to maintain the excellence of our service to representatives and offer a superior member experience;
  • Participate in the orientation of the organization's strategies and their implementation by involving the Atlantic risk underwriting service;
  • Support underwriters in developing their skills in a continuous improvement process;
  • Collaborate closely with other departments of the company to maintain effective relationships;
  • Supervise, coordinate, and improve underwriting activities to ensure effective risk management;
  • Support the team in evaluating, analyzing, and approving underwriting requests, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

    • Do You Have This Profile?

  • You have a college diploma in Insurance and Financial Services Consulting or equivalent training;
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in insurance;
  • You have at least 5 years of underwriting experience;
  • You have excellent knowledge of the brokerage world in New Brunswick;
  • You are skilled in personnel management;
  • You are well-versed in personal and commercial insurance products;
  • You demonstrate exemplary leadership and a great ability to mobilize;
  • You have excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills;
  • You are advanced in both French and English, both spoken and written, to regularly communicate with our French and English-speaking partners in our business territory through complex interactions related to insurance and to meet Promutuel de l’Estuaire's growth objectives.
