Join Our Team as a Project Coordinator, Specialized Services
The Specialized Services Operations Coordinator provides support services to the Enhanced Programs business line and executes a variety of projects in other areas of the organization. Reporting to the Director, Specialized Services, the Operations Coordinator works collaboratively across all business lines within SSRG and provides support as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities include
- Arranging travel for the Enhanced Programs team
- Processing, tracking and reporting on expense claims pertaining to Enhanced Programs staff
- Developing and implementing projects within specific timeframes
- Supporting project launches and the implementation of new contracts
- Assisting in policy development and procurement exercises when needed
- Creating training materials as required
- Administering the recruitment process
- Assisting with internal investigations when needed
- Maintenance of scheduling and administrative software for the Enhanced Programs team
- Asset tracking
- Sourcing and researching data for operational reports as required.
- Providing support to operations leaders as needed
- Providing corporate support of administrative software
- Other duties as required
