Job description

Overview

In order to ensure we help match you with the most suitable program based on your skill sets, please follow the instructions provided :

Click the blue "Apply" button in the top right corner of your screen.

Make sure to use your personal email address on records as you begin to set up your user profile.
Once you have set up your profile, you will be given several Job Specific Questions. Several additional questions have been added to streamline further requirements for some of the programs coming available, including education, language skills in demand, and proximity to onsite or hybrid programs
Digital Interview - you will be prompted to begin an online assessment that will further enable the Talent team to assess your fitment for available roles. Please ensure you plan for at least 45 minutes of uninterupted time to complete. Use a desktop / laptop to complete the assessment.

General Requirements for taking the test :

Smooth and uninterrupted Internet connectivity

Headphones / Earphones (kindly check the compatibility of headphones beforehand)

Browser / OS Requirements : This digital interview is supported by the below listed Browsers / Versions only.

Google Chrome (version 50 and above)

Mozilla Firefox (version 50.0 and above)

Kindly read the instructions given before you proceed for assessment-

1.Complete the test in one go.

2.This is a timed test, it is essential to keep track of time while answering the questions.

3.Answer all the questions and complete all the modules.

4.If somehow your test is stopped in between, (due to power failure / internet disconnection) wait for five minutes. Now, you may log in again using the same details.

IMPORTANT NOTE : You are not allowed to open any other Browser / Switch between the Test Screen and other windows / Minimize the Test Window or take a snapshot of the window. The Test will get locked permanently if a candidate is found switching through windows while taking the Test.

Please note that you can attempt the test only once using this User ID and Password.

Once you have completed the full submission : Your submission will be reviewed against minimum skill verificationsIf you are shortlisted for next round, you will receive a confirmation providing details about your submission and next steps.
