As Health and Safety Manager, you will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking accountability for ensuring the smooth operation of the club and ensuring day-to-day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to. You will lead a team and ensure all are trained in line with company expectations, as well as manage a team of self-employed contractors.
