Nous recherchons un(e) Sushiman / Sushiwoman talentueux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique au AKIO , où nous combinons art et précision pour offrir une expérience culinaire inoubliable. Si vous êtes passionné(e) par la cuisine japonaise et avez l'expertise dans la préparation de sushis raffinés, nous voulons vous rencontrer !

Poste : Sushiman / Sushiwoman

Lieu : Le Cathcart - AKIO

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Préparer et rouler divers types de sushis, notamment maki, oshizushi, hosomaki, uramaki , et plus encore.
  • Assurer des standards élevés de qualité, de présentation et de constance.
  • Collaborer avec notre équipe de cuisine pour maintenir la vision créative de AKIO.
  • Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organisé.

  • Expérience avérée en tant que Sushiman / Sushiwoman ou dans un poste similaire.

    We’re looking for a talented Maki roller to join our dynamic team at AKIO , where we combine artistry and precision to create an unforgettable dining experience. If you’re passionate about Japanese cuisine and have expertise in crafting beautifully balanced sushi, we want to hear from you!

    Position : Maki roller

    Location : Le Cathcart - AKIO

    What You’ll Do :

  • Prepare and roll various types of sushi, including maki, oshizushi, hosomaki, uramaki , and more.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with our kitchen team to uphold the creative vision of AKIO.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Maker or in a similar role.
  • Strong knife skills and a deep understanding of Japanese culinary techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

  • Expérience avérée en tant que Sushiman / Sushiwoman ou dans un poste similaire MINIMUM 1 AN .
  • Excellente maîtrise des couteaux
  • Solide connaissance des techniques culinaires japonaises
  • Bilingue (Français et anglais)
