This role is ideal for someone with phone sales experience who excels in providing exceptional customer experiences and enjoys making a difference in others’ lives. You’ll be working in a fast-paced call center environment, ensuring efficient scheduling and smooth coordination for our patients.

What You Will Do

Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective patients to schedule appointments with hearing professionals

Drive sales by promoting offers, discussing hearing solutions, and scheduling appointments that meet patient needs

Identify sales opportunities and assess client needs ensuring high service standards are maintained

Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and daily performance targets, contributing to team success

Optimize clinic calendars to maximize appointment availability and efficiency

Maintain accurate client records in our appointment system

What We Are Looking For

1+ years of experience in outbound calling, appointment scheduling, or a high-volume sales environment

Proven ability to build value in appointments, overcome objections, and foster client trust

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems

Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets

A passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives
