The Senior Developer leads complex software projects, designs advanced solutions and mentors junior members. He / she brings a high level of expertise to drive first-rate development, while ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. Together with the Tech Lead, he will encourage innovative approaches at every stage of our IT process.Responsibilities : Lead the design, development and maintenance of complex software applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Design efficient and scalable solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.Coach and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical expertise to ensure code quality and team growth.Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth application performance and user experience.Participate in the entire application development cycle, from design to deployment and ongoing support.Contribute to architectural decisions, systems and process improvements.To succeed in this position, you must have (required) : Minimum of 5 years of experience with the stacks required.Solid experience in TypeScript including JavaScript development (React and Node.Js).Solid experience with backend databases (Postgre SQL, AWS RDS, MS SQL).Excellent command of GIT.Experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies.Your assets (optionnal) : Experience with cloud services environments (e.G.
