Compensation can reflect $70+ per hour while massage services are being performed.Job Duties Include :Reporting to the Massage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly servicePerform all 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minute massage and body treatments, as certified / trained to do.Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectations.Maintain clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment in safe working order.Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage work areaMaintain current professional licenses, CPR, First Aid.Participate in in-house training opportunities in our professional product lines and extend homecare including retail suggestions to our clienteleQualificationsYour Skills & Qualifications :Graduate from an accredited 2200-hour massage programRegistered within province of Alberta prior to beginning employmentPrevious experience in a Spa preferredAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesConstant standing / walking throughout shift and must be able to lift and carry 20+ lbsPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to) :Lifting -Under 20lbs 10% of work time.Pushing -35lbs pressure through wrists 80% of work time.Motions -Bending, standing, reaching, and working with hands, arms, and fingers continuously throughout workday.Work Environment -Indoors, with very limited exposure to sunlight.Job Perks & Benefits :Subsidized staff accommodation provided on-site for full time status employeesOne complimentary meal per shift in our staff cafeteriaComprehensive benefits package Medical, Vision & DentalEmployee travel program with discounts on room rates as well as on food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties world-wideVisa Requirements :Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
