Swift Clean handyman.ca LLC. Is a growing mechanical company specializing in plumbing, heating, drainage, and restoration, we’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team and help drive the continued success of our projects across Canada, America

About the role

As our Plumbing Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for plumbing projects – from service work to commercial and large – scale renovations, You ‘ll work closely with our project managers and field team to ensure each job is scoped, priced, and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities,

· Review Drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detail cost estimates.

· Perform accurate material take-offs and labour calculations.

· Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quote

· Collaborate with project manager and clients to clarify project scope and design details.

· Assist with budgeting, change orders, and progress billing as required

· Maintain up—date knowledge of industry pricing, material, and codes.

Maintain excellent communication with both customers and team members.

Qualifications

· Minimum 3—5 years of plumbing experience (field experience is essential)

· Previous estimating experience in plumbing or mechanical construction preferred

· Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and Provinces and States Code

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam, Trimble, or equivalent)

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
