Description de l’offre d’emploi

Intervenant de fin semaine samedi et dimanche sur rotation des quarts toutes les fin semaine. Les quarts de travail sont : 8h30 à 17h30, 11h à 20h et 13h à 22h.

Principale tâche et responsabilité de l'intervenant :

rédiger des rapports en utilisant les différents outils de travail (dossiers, journal de bord, ordinateur)
répondre aux besoins ponctuels des usagers,
voir à la sécurité et au maintien d'une atmosphère paisible
pratiquer des interventions psychosociales, effectuer des interventions de crises
appliquer et faire appliquer le code de vie en vigueur et les règlements dans l'hébergement
respecter la confidentialité
travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe
assister aux réunion d'équipe, les supervisions clinique et / ou aux formations (si possible)

Langues

Français parlé et écrit - Moyen

Anglais parlé et écrit - Faible

Formations

Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC), Techniques humaines - Éducation spécialisée
