Description de la mission

Les missions sont : PERFORMANCE :

Rencontrer les sponsors principaux de tous les projets OPTEAM afin de réaliser un DEFINE pour chaque projet, cf. DEFINE template.
Réaliser / Mettre à jour un One Pager par projet, cf. Template OnePager Arsenic Flotation au CANADA et OXU au KZ.
Réaliser une 1ère réunion projet kick-off VIE, Chef de Projet, OE Director pour chaque projet.
Suivre les OnePager mensuellement au min.
Mettre en place les KPIs de chaque projet.
Suivre les KPIs de chaque projet mensuellement.
Suivre la valorisation des gains mensuellement (Uranium, Coûts).
Mettre en place une Base de Data Teams pour le suivi.
Réaliser un reporting PowerBI propre au suivi des projets.
Faire le lien des reportings entre suivi des projets et suivi Finance.

MATURITY MATRIX

Être le correspondant avec le siège pour la Maturité Matrice du Site.

Récupérer tous les fichiers 2023 & 2024 concernant la MM.

Suivre les indicateurs : A terme mettre en place un reporting cf. Stratégie EO BU Mines. Faire des propositions de template sur PowerBI à terme. Revoir le forecast de la note attendue à mi et fin d'année. Process de suivi des indicateurs I.e. suivi des actions attendues par fondamental.

Mettre en place un reporting clair sur Teams de la situation à date par fondamentaux.

Animer des ateliers 5S & MVP.

Être en support de projets menés avec la méthodologie A3.

PROJET

Réaliser un GEMBA par fondamental et par mois pour récolter de la VOC.

Formaliser cette VOC et AUDIT.

Réaliser 1 objectif par fondamental et par an è Réaliser cet objectif en liaison avec un projet OPTEAM26.

RELAIS FONCTIONNELS EXCELLENCE OPERATIONNELLE AVEC LE SIEGE

Être le relais sur site des 5 relais fonctionnels EO de la BU Mines.DSSER, DGS, HR, Finance, Projects

Accès aux sites soumis à une enquête administrative.
