We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, client relationships and digital execution. You’re equal parts business thinker, trusted partner and digital translator. You understand what it takes to guide high-impact enterprise websites, content ecosystems and digital strategies from idea to implementation — and you know how to keep everyone aligned along the way. You’ll work closely with a cross-disciplinary digital team to shape and deliver enterprise web platforms, digital infrastructure, SEO and analytics, and integrated marketing platforms that drive real business outcomes for our corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Owning the Numbers : Manage the account's financial health, forecast revenue, accurately scope projects, and ensure projects deliver on budget.
- Orchestrating Success : Lead projects from spark to finish line, ensuring best-in-class solutions, efficient execution and an exceptional client experience.
- Being the Account Expert : Develop a deep understanding of every project and confidently advise clients on strategic optimizations and potential opportunities.
- Elevating the Work : Review and refine solutions with a critical eye, ensuring they are strategically aligned, meet business requirements and exceed client expectations.
- Advocating for Excellence : Proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities and provide strategic counsel to both clients and internal teams.

Write proposals, scope work, and oversee budgetsDefine client needs, including writing technical briefs and / or production tasks, leading kick-off calls and working closely with digital team members to gather, understand and refine client requirementsDevelop timelines, review production schedules, and own deadlinesManage scope changesGuide digital teams and review work with a critical eye and outstanding attention to detailWork collaboratively with Production Leads and Project Management teams to scope and triage projects, prioritize resourcing and remove production roadblocksMonitor and respond to internal and external communication channels quickly and effectivelyTrack and categorize production time accurately using real-time tracking toolsClient Management

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience5+ years of related, B2B Marketing, client-facing industry experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge or other educational background in one of our key areas of specialization would help you hit the ground running, but is not a requirement for consideration (Financial Services, Data Services, ESG, Consulting)Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise digital programs, including global websites, CMS migrations, digital campaigns, content architecture and SEO / analytics integrationsExperience working with major content management platforms, marketing and CRM tools, and technical familiarity with integrated technology stacksWhat we offer
