We're Hiring : Remote Senior Account Manager | British Columbia (Anywhere)

Are you a driven sales professional with a talent for building strong client relationships? Do you excel at delivering tailored solutions and consistently surpassing sales targets?

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is actively seeking a Remote Senior Account Manager on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading supplier of Electric Motors, Control Products, and Reducers . This fully remote position offers flexibility to work from anywhere in British Columbia .

What You’ll Do :

Cultivate and expand client relationships across End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms, and OEMs.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction and performance.
Proactively identify opportunities, negotiate sales terms, and deliver tailored solutions.
Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and market developments.

Your Qualifications :

Post-secondary degree / diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related discipline—or 5+ years of strategic sales experience.

Proven track record in industrial sales, ideally within Electric Motors or related sectors.

Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Dynamics CRM.

Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
