Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Toronto, ON for a Sales Manager at Bullion Mart. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and reporting insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the precious metals, financial services, or investment industries. Must have e-commerce operating experience.
- Education : Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus, but it is not mandatory.
- Leadership Skills : Strong track record of leading, motivating, and developing sales teams to achieve targets.
- Sales Acumen : Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and deliver measurable results.
- Industry Knowledge : Understanding of the bullion and precious metals market is a strong asset and is preferred.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Analytical Ability : Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Tech Proficiency : Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and WordPress.
