This is a full-time position .

Requirements :

• A minimum of 2 years experience in full cycle bookkeeping including posting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST / HST Payable, and Payroll and has experience preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Tech savvy with the ability to design new processes and workflows for our clients.
• A familiarity with and experience using most standard bookkeeping programs including QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Sage 50, Receipt Bank, Auto-Entry, Hubdoc and other cloud accounting tools (Certifications are an asset).
• A focus on building meaningful relationships with both clients and Graham Mathew team members.
• A proven ability to identify issues and problem solve to confidently advise our clients on sales tax, payroll and complex transactions.
• Carries a high standard of integrity with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with both new and experienced business owners.
• Looking for a high potential, high growth opportunity.
• Experience working with multiple clients.
• Investment company transaction recording for high-net-worth clients.
