Maroline is in search of a dynamic and ambitious sales professional with a passion for premium appliances to join our team as an Agency Sales Representative. As the go-to resource for the sales agents within our retail dealer network, the Agency Sales Representative will manage all sales initiatives, ensuring that retail sales agents are fully equipped with the information needed for success with our brands. They will conduct engaging training and information sessions to enhance product knowledge across the Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove brands, educate on sales promotions, and provide assistance with quoting and navigating internal systems where necessary. Our mission is clear : to empower agents and drive success!

WHAT AWAITS YOU :

  • Act as the Retail Sales agent’s primary contact for any sales-related inquiries or initiatives.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and training for our product lineup with Retail Sales agents.
  • Communicate and review all sales promotional offers with Retail Sales agents to ensure they have a strong understanding of the offers.
  • Ensure all sales associates have access to and have a strong understanding of the MVP portal quoting / sales system and its’ functions.
  • Engage, motivate, and foster long term relationships with Retail Sales agents.
  • Assist Retail Sales agents with preparing quotes and converting quotes to orders.
  • Conduct quarterly store display reviews and tracking in Salesforce.
  • Ensure all Retail sales representative have received and completed mandatory training requirements (online, in showroom, and external where applicable)
  • Provide onsite assistance for special events at Retail partner locations ex. Private Sale, Design Lunch and Learn
  • Provide onsite assistance for special events at Maroline Toronto Showroom ex. Builder Event.
  • Work with internal departments to create synergy across the organization.
  • Assist with directing retail sales agent inquiries to the correct channel for resolution.
  • Encourage and drive sales to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Travel to participate in internal and external meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate sales roster in SF system and submit changes to our technical teams as needed.
  • Keep relevant information related to our Retail Dealer partners and their accounts to provide feedback and suggestions for internal or group discussions.
  • Stay informed and up to date on industry trends, competitors, new campaigns, products, offers, events and inform the manager when relevant information is transmitted to you.

Location : During the initial training period (4-8 weeks), this position will work out of the Montreal Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove Showroom : 1011 Rue Wellington, Montréal, QC H3C 1V3, as well as conducting some visits to our retail partner locations within the GMA. Once the training period is completed, the Agency Sales Representative will travel to our retail dealer locations approx. 3-4 days a week, the other days would be spent doing consultations at our Montreal Experience Center, and from home conducting Team meetings, conference calls, preparing materials for training, and / or administrative tasks, reporting etc.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE :

  • At least 5 years of relevant training and sales experience, preferably with high-end or luxury products (hospitality, or luxury retail experience is an asset)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities
  • A valid driver's license with access to an automobile
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends for special events
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a CRM, an asset

    CE QUI VOUS ATTEND :

  • Agir comme le contact principal des agents de vente au détail pour toute question ou initiative liée aux ventes.
  • Fournir des connaissances approfondies sur les produits et des formations sur notre gamme de produits aux agents de vente au détail.
  • Communiquer et passer en revue toutes les offres promotionnelles de vente avec les agents de vente au détail pour s'assurer qu'ils les comprennent bien.
  • Veiller à ce que tous les associés de vente aient accès au portail MVP de devis / ventes et qu'ils maîtrisent ses fonctions.
  • Engager, motiver et cultiver des relations à long terme avec les agents de vente au détail.
  • Aider les agents de vente au détail à préparer des devis et à les convertir en commandes.
  • Effectuer des révisions trimestrielles des présentoirs en magasin et un suivi dans Salesforce.
  • Veiller à ce que tous les représentants des ventes au détail aient suivi et complété les formations obligatoires (en ligne, en salle d'exposition et externes lorsque cela est applicable).
  • Fournir une assistance sur place pour les événements spéciaux chez les partenaires de vente au détail, ex. Vente privée, Déjeuner et apprentissage sur le design.
  • Fournir une assistance sur place pour les événements spéciaux au showroom Maroline de Toronto, ex. Événement pour les constructeurs.
  • Travailler avec les départements internes pour créer une synergie au sein de l'organisation.
  • Aider à rediriger les demandes des agents de vente au détail vers le bon canal pour une résolution rapide.
  • Encourager et stimuler les ventes afin d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de vente.
  • Voyager pour participer à des réunions internes et externes au besoin.
  • Maintenir un registre des ventes à jour dans le système SF et soumettre les modifications à nos équipes techniques au besoin.
  • Conserver des informations pertinentes concernant nos partenaires détaillants et leurs comptes pour fournir des commentaires et des suggestions lors de discussions internes ou de groupe.
  • Se tenir informé des tendances du secteur, des concurrents, des nouvelles campagnes, des produits, des offres et des événements, et informer le gestionnaire lorsque des informations pertinentes vous sont transmises.
  • Lieu  : Pendant la période de formation initiale (4 à 8 semaines), ce poste travaillera au showroom Suz-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Montréal, 1011 rue Wellington, Montréal, QC H3C 1V3, et il effectuera des visites dans les magasins partenaires de l’GMA. Une fois la période de formation terminée, le spécialiste des produits et des ventes au détail se rendra à nos points de vente au détail, 4 jours par semaine, l’autre jour serait consacré à des réunions d’équipe, des conférences téléphoniques, la préparation de matériel pour la formation et / ou des tâches administratives, des rapports, etc.
