Job description5+ years experience on Lab Applications (Empower, Biovia, Labware, MODA) Application troubleshooting and maintenance (L2 / L3) experience on web applications built on .NET framework and COTS applications. Knowledge of handling Incidents, Problems, Change and Release management processes and Service catalogues. Development / Troubleshooting Experience on SQL. Understanding of Microsoft IIS / Web services. Familiarity with Life Science (Pharma domain) would be an added advantage. Experience supporting Windows-based applications. Knowledge of SQL, Service-Now, and Web Services is essential.

We are a global leader in technology services and consulting, enabling clients in over 50 countries to create and execute strategies for their digital transformation. Required Skills
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or Calgary or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
Skills :
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in Ontario : $89,004 to $103,042.
