As the Sales Liaison Person you will work in a collaborative team environment to support the sales of Property and Casualty (P&C) policies. You will play an important role in the sales development process by pro-actively liaising with clients and agents and following-up with potential new clients.

How you will create impact :

  • Supporting sales growth targets by connecting existing or prospective clients with agents to obtain quotes.
  • Calling potential clients before their renewal dates and following-up on quotes obtained online to secure sales.
  • Attending external sales events with business development teams to build a positive company brand and establish new sales leads.
  • Providing administrative support to agents by scheduling and confirming appointments and completing follow-up reports.

  • You leverage critical thinking skills to identify problems and proactively propose solutions.
  • Your strong communication skills allow you to clearly convey messages.
  • You’re an effective team player who shares knowledge to support your peers.
  • To join our team :

  • You have completed a high-school education.
  • Having experience in the insurance industry, client services or sales is an asset.
  • You have previous contact centre experience.
  • What you need to know :

  • This role operates in a call centre environment where a high level of audio and visual concentration is required for extended periods of time.
  • You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
