Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute digital strategies to drive engagement, traffic, and results for Boardwalk. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven marketer with proven expertise in digital media, including paid advertising, SEO, content optimization, and website management.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives on blending technical knowledge with creativity. You will play a key role in shaping digital initiatives, analyzing trends, and optimizing campaigns to deliver impactful results. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to exciting projects that elevate Boardwalk's digital presence and support business growth. The responsibilities of this role expand and adapt as the role progresses to meet the evolving needs of the team and the company.
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage Digital Advertising Campaigns
- Develop, plan, and execute corporate and regional paid ad strategies across platforms including Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, including budgets, targeting, ad content, and performance metrics to meet KPIs and regional demands.
- Perform keyword research, expansion, and optimization to ensure competitive and effective ad placements.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and competitor strategies to drive innovation and maximize ROI.
