Your days will include :

Designing and delivering training programs.

Creating and adapting training materials to meet company and regulatory standards.

Identifying training needs and collaborating with departments to address them.

Facilitating leadership and production focused training

Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.

Maintaining training records for compliance.

Traveling to various production sites to deliver on-site training and support production teams.

To succeed in this role, you must possess :

Expertise in creating and delivering training programs with a strong ability to engage participants.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and environments, including plant production areas.

5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or a similar role.

Comfortable working in manufacturing and barn environments.

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Advanced skills in presentation building. Proficiency in VISME and other design tools is an asset.
