Job Description
We are looking for a technical writer who has recently entered the profession to join our awesome technical documentation team and take their career to the next level.
This is a role with opportunity, working in the technical documentation team to innovate new and better ways to craft and present content, and across the organization to contribute to improving our customers’ experience with our evolving software and hardware product lines. We work with electrical, mechanical and software engineers, product management, customer support, marketing and sales people on this mission. We research and craft technical information into manuals, web-based documents, and embedded user assistance technology for nontechnical and technical users. Our work is translated into multiple languages for products to support our global customers located in over 120 countries.
We are looking for someone ready to show they can :
- Write for a range of user audiences
- Confidently work with a wide range of people throughout an organization
- Continue learning and expanding their knowledge of the technologies used in our product
