The Internal Communications Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of internal communications channels, the creation and delivery of high-quality content, and the coordination of internal events. The incumbent will support the communication of various business initiatives, establish credibility in the delivery of services, and build solid working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The Internal Communications Coordinator will contribute to developing and implementing internal communications activities to promote corporate culture, enhance employee experiences, and increase teammate engagement.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing :
- Develop thoughtful, engaging and effective content for various communications initiatives and channels, primarily the corporate intranet.
- Manage all internal communications channels : develop, post and monitor content, provide internal training and guidance, manage technical issues, governance, and contribute to channels’ continuous evolution.
- Recommend creative approaches to amplify content across all channels.
- Support the collection and evaluation of metrics and insights to measure communication effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and execute weekly digital signage content across all office and warehouse screens, ensuring relevancy, timely delivery and seamless integration.
- Leverage design experience to create visually appealing, effective internal templates for channel use, including presentations, email templates, posters, etc.
- Support event logistics (Town halls, live Q&A sessions, recognition events) : coordinate bookings, support vendor management, manage photo and video shoots, oversee execution of logistics, develop and execute post-event surveys, etc.
- Manage leadership distribution lists, ensuring constant upkeep to maintain accuracy.
- Build strong relationships with teammates and leaders within the Corporate Communications team and other internal functions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager.
