Stakeholder Collaboration : Translate business requirements for technical teams. Compliance and Audit Support : Ensure regulatory compliance; support audits. Training and Documentation : Train end-users and maintain process documentation. Education : Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred. Experience : 5+ years in BA role focused on GL reconciliation and data governance. Technical Skills : Proficient in financial software (SAP, Oracle); advanced Excel and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI). Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving and data analysis abilities. Communication Skills : Clear written and verbal communication. Attention to Detail : High accuracy and multitasking ability. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining OFSAA solutions, focusing on GL reconciliation processes and data governance within the Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) framework.
