Data Entry Clerk

Location : Toronto, ON - (5 Days in Office)

Contract Length : 3 Months with Possibility of extension.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and position management changes through established internal control mechanisms.
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his / her respective areas in accordance with bank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales.
• Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML / ATF / sanctions and conduct risk.
• Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day to day activities and decisions.
• Record, maintain and send employee paper files to third party vendor for storage facility.
• Respond to administrative inquiries related to record management and vendor solutions.
• Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.
• Seeks opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and propose recommendations to leadership.
