I am a real estate BROKER at REMAX, looking for a MOTIVATED BILINGUAL Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • SET appointments, visits, and daily schedules
  • Oversee documentation, listings, and sales processes
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Strong organizational and communication skills BILINGUAL A MUST NO OPTION
  • Real estate experience required (worked at a brokerage or for a real estate broker)
  • Must be available to visit the office OCCASIONNALLY..
  • Bilingual English-French NO CHOICE
