We are looking for a skilled Ceridian Dayforce SME Consultant to join our team on a 3 month contract basis in Richmond, British Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing payroll system functionalities, ensuring accurate configurations, and providing training and documentation support to employees. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in payroll systems and excellent communication skills.

This is a 3 month contract role with possibility of extension. Must have Ceridian Dayforce experience!

Responsibilities :

• Assess and refine the current configurations of Dayforce Payroll modules to align with best practices.
• Verify the accuracy of employee direct deposit setups and resolve any discrepancies.
• Configure employee timesheet functionalities to ensure proper operation.
• Deliver training sessions to employees on system usage and functionality.
• Develop clear and comprehensive documentation to support system processes and user training.
• Provide ongoing support to employees, addressing payroll-related technical inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
• Monitor payroll system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
• Facilitate an understanding of payroll processes for employees with limited technical expertise.
• Establish and maintain trust with employees to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Extensive experience with Ceridian Dayforce Payroll functions.
• Proficiency in system configuration and optimization for payroll modules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed documentation and training materials.
• Experience working with payroll systems for small teams of under 100 employees.
• Familiarity with Canadian payroll regulations and practices.
• Patience and interpersonal skills to support users with minimal technical knowledge.
• Ability to build rapport and foster trust within a team environment.
